Most work starts the same way. You tell me about your work, I reply with what I’d suggest, and we take it from there. Everything is priced before it starts.
Automation projects
Work your team does by hand, done by software instead. For example:
- invoices, receipts or orders retyped from emails into the accounting or ordering system
- the same customer questions answered one by one, with replies drafted for a person to check and send
- a weekly report pulled together by hand from several spreadsheets
- quotes, letters or contracts written from the same template every time
- information copied between two systems that don’t talk to each other
How a project works: it starts with a workflow review. I spend half a day with the people who do the work, in person if you’re in Cyprus or over video, and you get a written list of what’s worth automating, with the risks and a fixed price for each. Then you choose what to build, and you get a short written proposal with the scope, the price and a timeline. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it. If you go ahead, the review’s price comes off the build.
What I build with: the tools you already have where possible, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your accounting or booking system. I use AI where it does the job better and plain rules where they’re enough. If nothing off the shelf fits, I write the code: a small internal app, a dashboard or a connection between systems.
What you come away with: the work done by software, written instructions, and your team shown how to use it and what to check.
Price: the workflow review is €690, and it comes off the build if you go ahead within 60 days. Each build has its own fixed price, usually between €2,000 and €6,000, agreed in writing before work starts. Prices are plus VAT where it applies.
AI coaching for you or your team
Help getting more out of the AI tools you already pay for, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or the AI features inside software you use every day, or working out which ones are worth adding.
- Who it’s for: teams whose AI tools sit mostly unused, and owners who want to know what’s worth their time. Sessions are for businesses: a company paying for its people, or a freelancer or sole trader paying for their own work.
- Format: sessions over video or in person, one-to-one or with your team, built around real tasks from your own week rather than a slide deck.
- What you come away with: tasks that now take less time, written down so the rest of the team can follow them, and people who know what the tool is good at and where to leave it alone.

Monthly plan
Once something is running, a monthly plan keeps it working and finds the next thing to improve. If something I built breaks, I fix it.

What I won’t take on
I don’t work with anyone under EU or UK sanctions, or with businesses established in Russia or Belarus. I also don’t build tools that monitor staff in secret, read people’s emotions, decide who gets a job, a loan or a school place, send unsolicited marketing in bulk, or imitate real people.
