Less copying, chasing and retyping. More time for the work that matters.
I'm Pavlos Nicolaou, and I help businesses in Cyprus hand their repetitive work to software. I find the tasks your team still does by hand, automate them, using AI where it helps and plain software where it doesn't, and show your team how to run what I build.
What I can help with
Automate the manual work
Invoices retyped into the accounting system, the same enquiry answered for the tenth time, a report pulled together by hand every Friday. I build the fix. A fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before any work starts.
Get your team using AI well
Coaching for you or your team on the AI tools you already have, or the ones worth adding, using real tasks from your own week rather than a slide deck.
Keep it running
A monthly plan, from €150 a month: regular check-ins, fixes when something breaks and the next thing to improve. Month by month.
Who it's for
Businesses in Cyprus, from a handful of people to a few hundred, where too much of the week goes on admin. You don't need to know anything about AI, and you don't need to have bought any AI tools. If you're in Cyprus, I can come and see how the work is done. Elsewhere, including the UK and the rest of the EU, we work over video.
How it starts
Answer a few questions about you, your business and the work that takes up too much of your week. I read every answer myself and reply with what I'd suggest: a call, a visit, something you can try on your own, or the name of someone better placed to help. There's no charge for any of that.
