How it works
The steps
- Tell me about your work. Answer a few questions about you, your business and the work that takes up too much of your week. It takes a few minutes, and rough answers are fine.
- I reply personally. I read every answer myself and suggest what to do next. That might be a call, a visit, something you can try on your own, or the name of someone better placed to help. There’s no charge for any of this.
- We look at the work together. A free call over video. If you’re in Cyprus and it helps to see the work in place, I can come to you. By the end you’ll know whether I can help, roughly how, and roughly what it would cost. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll say so.
- A workflow review, for anything bigger than a quick fix. I spend half a day with the people who do the work, on site in Cyprus where possible. You get a written list of what’s worth automating, roughly how many hours each item takes now, the risks, and a fixed price for each. The review is €690, and it comes off the build if you go ahead within 60 days.
- A fixed price before anything starts. If there’s something to build, you get a short written proposal with the scope, the price and a timeline.
- I build it and hand it over. You get the work done by software, written instructions, and your team shown how to use it and what to check.
- Keep it running, if you want to. A monthly plan, from €150 a month, keeps it working: fixes when something breaks, regular check-ins and the next thing to improve. It runs month by month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. Plans and prices
What you’ll need
For video calls, a computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. [TBD: which video-call tool is used, from Booking & Client Ops]
Once we’ve agreed the work, I’ll need access to the systems involved. We agree what and how before anything is shared. [TBD: data-processing terms for client systems and data, from Legal]
